You can take the bus at the Manuel Antonio roundabout https://maps.app.goo.gl/1eX168s3bqWGnydJ8It is not necessary that you go to Quepos to take the bus. 

⚠️But you must buy the ticket at the ticket office located in the bus terminal from central Quepos.
